**UPDATE  19/05/21**

As we slowly move out of lockdown, we are able to make some minor changes to the way we are operating.

All safety procedures and use of PPE remain as stated.

We look forward to helping you feel better, move better and stay better.

We have adopted a risk- based approach on how to carry out face to face consultations and continue to monitor and implement advice and guidance from Government, Public Health England and our professional associations.

All patients will be contacted prior to their appointment and screened for possible Covid-19 infection.

For patients attending the clinic, we ask that you:

  • Attend on your own, unless you are below 16 years of age.
  • Please arrive on time for your appointment, if you are early please wait in your car.
  • Please check in at reception and head to the upstairs waiting room where Chris will meet you.
  • Please wear a face covering such as a scarf, bandana or face mask while attending the clinic.
  • Please leave all unnecessary coats, bags and personal belongings in your car.
  • Use the hand sanitiser/ handwashing facilities provided for you.
  • Please wear loose comfortable clothing.
  • Payments by card or cash are possible
  • Please avoid touching surfaces in the treatment room as much as possible.

Although we have undertaken a thorough risk assessment and have implemented rigorous preventative measures, we cannot guarantee that you will be 100% safe from Covid-19 infection. We are therefore requesting your informed consent prior to treatment. A consent form will be emailed to you for this purpose. You will be required to sign a copy on the day of your treatment.

To ensure the safety of all our patients we have implemented to the following measures:

  • We have increased the time between appointments to reduce the number of people attending at once and allow ample cleaning time.
  • We are sanitising the treatment table and equipment between every patient.
  • We are frequently sanitising work surfaces and contact points.
  • We are providing hand sanitiser for your use in the reception area and hand washing facilities in the treatment room.
  • Mr Smith will be wearing PPE equipment as recommended by PHE and the BCA (face mask, gloves and disposable apron) and hand washing regularly.
  • Please contact Chris Smith directly on 07305 097005 or use the email enquiry form to arrange an appointment
